All agreements between MG-AGRO sp z.o.o and the buyer must be confirmed in writing and sent via electronic mail (email) to ensure clarity and mutual understanding.
Our Terms of Payment shall apply to all future transactions with the buyer, which will be handled through either the Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) or Letter of Credit (LC) system of payment.
We operate using either Telegraphic Transfers (T/T) via the MT103 system or Letters of Credit (LC), depending on the client’s required product quantity.
For T/T payments:
- A 30% deposit is required against a signed Sales Purchase Agreement (SPA) and Proforma Invoice (PI) to initiate order processing.
- 40% payment is due upon booking confirmation and receipt of draft shipping documents.
- The remaining 30% balance is payable upon receipt of shipment at the destination port.
For LC payments:
- We accept LC payments for purchase orders valued above €1 million/USD 1 million.
